Today I am grateful for the following:
In the last few years, I have been struggling with switching my mindset. We live in a society which gravitate to the negative rather than the positive. Criticism once suggested ways to improve, but many use it as a way to pick apart something and only see the bad in something instead of taking it as a way to improve. I have been trying escape the negative box that I have build.
I read many books on mindfullness, postive pyschology, and happiness. One of the main ways to break out of the negative box is to express gratefulness towards things in one’s life. It’s looking for the postive and working on what is working and how to shead old negative habbits.
